Tegeler Audio manufactures the Classic Passive Tube Equalizer EQP-1
The Tegeler Audio Classic Equalizer EQP-1 has a distinct sound because of its passive components (condenser and inductor) in the EQ section, which are inspired by vintage equalizers.
The EQP-1 consists of three parts: a bass boost and cut, a treble boost with adjustable bandwidth, and a high-frequency cut. Voices sound silky, while instruments jump out of the mix and are easy to identify without having to turn them up. Deep-frequency instruments, such as bass and bass drums, get the necessary boost without sounding boomy. Raising the treble does not result in higher highs but rather makes everything sound brighter.
Equaliser EQP-1
The EQP-1 includes a tube stage and high-quality input and output transformers.In addition to the equalizer’s open and airy tone, the tube and transformers provide solidity and presence to the signal. The low end becomes more clear and distinct. The highs grow more rounded and pleasant to the ears. This effect occurs as soon as the device enters the signal path, regardless of whether equalization is enabled.
