Before an order is marked as out for delivery by our shipping partner, customers have the option to cancel it. This means that if a buyer changes their mind or encounters any issues with their order, they can reach out to us to cancel it. Once the cancellation request is received, we will process it promptly. However, it’s important to note that once an order has been marked for out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

When a cancellation is requested and approved, the customer will receive a refund once the item is returned to our warehouse. This ensures that the customer is not charged for a product they no longer wish to receive. Additionally, any discounts or promotional offers that were applied to the cancelled order will no longer be valid. If the customer still wishes to purchase the product, they will need to place a new order.

To initiate a cancellation for an order that has not yet been shipped, customers can simply contact us via phone or email. While providing reasons for cancellation is optional, it can help us improve our services by understanding the customer’s feedback.

In the event that a customer is contacted for delivery after requesting cancellation, we kindly ask them to refuse acceptance of the package. This ensures that the cancelled order is not delivered inadvertently.

It’s important to note that if an order is part of a combined shipment with other active orders from the same account, cancelling one item will result in the cancellation of all other items in the shipment. This is to maintain consistency and avoid any confusion in the shipping process.
