Return and Exchange Policy

At Sursargam, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the terms below.

Return Policy

– Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
– Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method, issued as store credit, or processed as an exchange.
– Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, tags, and protective materials intact.
– Items must be unused, uninstalled, and free from any physical damage, scratches, or signs of wear.
– To initiate a return, contact customer support with your order details to obtain return authorization. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
– Once authorized, securely pack the item to avoid transit damage and ship it to the address shared by our support team.
– Refunds will be processed within five business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
– Shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
– Any physical damage, missing items, or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video where possible.

Restocking Charges

– A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied if the product shows signs of use, has damaged packaging, altered serial numbers, or is returned with missing accessories or documentation.
– Products returned in completely unused and resaleable condition with intact packaging generally do not attract restocking charges.

Exchange Policy

– Exchanges are available within the same 15-day period, subject to stock availability.
– The product must meet all return eligibility conditions.
– If the exchanged product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid prior to dispatch.
– If the exchanged product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded or issued as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

– Consumables, customized or special-order products, software, gift cards, and items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sursargam reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions after inspection. All return approvals are subject to product evaluation.
