SHIPPING CHARGES -TAXES AND TITLE
Shipping and handling charges will be clearly indicated on your order form when shopping with sursargam. Typically, orders received before 4:00 p.m. are dispatched within 0 to 3 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day. For security purposes, initial orders and those shipping to alternate addresses may undergo extended verification. While sursargam reserves the right to make partial shipments, you are still responsible for payment for any remaining deliveries.
All products purchased from sursargam are governed by a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items is transferred to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Return Process

The refund process will commence upon the safe receipt of the package at our New Delhi store.
The refund amount will be transferred, following banking and payment gateway norms, within five business days of receiving the returned shipment at our store.
